Do I need to manage the different tradespeople myself?
Not at all — that’s what we’re here for. We coordinate everything: plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering, carpentry. You deal with one person (Mike) and we handle the rest. It means no scheduling headaches and no trades showing up at the wrong time.
Do you supply materials, or do I need to provide them?
We’re flexible. We can supply everything (we have trade accounts for good pricing on tiles, sanitary ware, and fittings) or we can work with materials you’ve already chosen and purchased. Either way, we’ll advise you on what works best for your budget and vision.
Are you insured and what guarantee do you offer?
Yes, Scott Eco-Builders Ltd is fully insured with public liability cover. We stand behind our workmanship — if anything isn’t right after we finish, we come back and put it right. Our reputation is built on referrals, so getting it right is as important to us as it is to you.
